Charge your bank account instantly with money

If you make a SEPA transfer from another bank account to your Kontist business account, you will not incur any fees for depositing money. However, Kontist also charges transaction fees of €0.15 if you use Kontist Free or Premium and have more than 10 transactions per month on your account. With Kontist Bookkeeping and Complete, there are no transaction fees charged at all. You can find more information about the different business accounts and fees here.

The availability of money in your account depends on the deposit method you choose. With some methods, availability is immediate, while with others it can take up to 5 working days. At Kontist, all deposits are processed in real time.

Depositing money by SEPA transfer is free of charge. However, please note that fees may be charged by the other bank. Topping up money in the app is free of charge the first time you use it, but a fee of 2.9% of the amount to be topped up will be charged from the second use onwards. The fee is taken directly from your Kontist account.

However, topping up money in the app is more expensive for us, as the money is immediately made available in your account. Other methods of topping up your account are cheaper.

For a SEPA transfer from another bank account to your Kontist business account, it doesn't matter to us how you make the transfer. However, if you use the top up feature, you can currently only do this via the mobile app.
