Do your thing, not your taxes

The tax service is available from 79€ per month (plus VAT).

The monthly fixed fee includes the following services of Kontist Steuerberatung:

• Monthly financial accounting 
• Advance VAT returns 
• Adjustment of advance tax payments 
• Profit-and-Loss statement (in German Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnung, EÜR) 
• Business and private tax declaration including the following annexes: Mantelbogen – cover sheet, Anlage S (Selbständige – freelancers), Anlage G (Gewerbe – commerce), Vorsorgeaufwand – pension expenses, Sonderausgaben – special expenses, außergewöhnliche Belastungen – extraordinary costs, haushaltsnahe Aufwendungen – household-related expenses, Anlage K (Kind – children), Anlage AV (Altersvorsorge, Riester – pension schemes), Unterhalt – child support, Sonstiges – other 
• Professional tax hotline, available 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm 
• Kontist Premium business bank account, provided by Kontist GmbH

If you don't have an Kontist Premium account yet, the upgrade to Premium is included in the monthly price. You can cancel the tax service on a monthly basis, however, annual services (e.g. tax declaration) will only be completed if you have paid the full monthly fee for that year. However, these can only become due at a later point in time, when the tax returns are submitted, so that you have more time to get to know our service. For additional activities outside of the offer, additional costs may be incurred by prior arrangement (see following questions and terms and conditions.).

We would like to offer you the widest possible range of services for the monthly fixed fee. Some matters that do not concern your self-employment will be billed separately.

The following matters will be charged with 99 € each (once per case) by Kontist Steuerberatung:

• Annex N (employee - client/partner) 
• Annex SO (other income) 
• Annex AUS (foreign income) 
• Annex R (pensions and benefits) 
• Annex KAP (investment income)

The following matters will be dealt with by prior arrangement for an additional fee: 

• Maintenance services or costs 
• Vocational training 
• Illness and disability 
• Divorce costs 
• Natural hazards 
• Home ownership
• Annex for children older than 18 years 
• Capital/ investment income for trading of other financial products 
• Annex V (renting and leasing) 
• Examinations by the tax office 

We are not yet able to offer the following matters: Annex FW (funding of home ownership) and Annex L (agriculture and forestry.)

For ongoing activities of Kontist Steuerberatung in connection with financial accounting, advance tax payments and advance VAT returns, no additional costs are incurred.
